We are blessed at Mendocino Coast District Hospital to have the most wonderful group of volunteers in the World! There are SO many things that they do for us everyday including greeting our patients and our visitors, running our gift shop, taking magazines to our patients, ministering to our patients as Chaplains, going into homes as Hospice volunteers and MUCH, MUCH more. However, on Valentine's Day each year they turn the tables on us and they show our staff how much they appreciate us! They make homemade snacks and deserts and decorate our Dining Room in a Valentine's Day theme. On behalf of our entire staff, thank you again to our volunteers! You are the best. And, of course, Happy Valentine's Day to all members of our MCDH family.
