Today we announced that MCDH Chief Financial Officer Wayne Allen has notified us that he is resigning his position at Mendocino Coast District Hospital in order to accept the position of Chief Financial Officer at 40-bed North Hawaii Community Hospital in Kamuela on the Big Island of Hawaii. Wayne has been the key figure in a $6.5 million turnaround of the finances at our hospital and there is no way that we can ever repay him for everything that he has done for us. I'm extremely happy for Wayne and Bonnie in this fabulous opportunity. He will always be a part of the MCDH family no matter where he goes.
